How prediction works

Prediction reads target velocity and shifts assist toward where the enemy will be when your shot arrives. It helps against strafing infantry at medium range and passengers in slow vehicles.

At knife-fight distance, prediction can overshoot — many players disable it for CQB profiles.

Prediction with vehicles

Vehicle ESP from /forum/war-dogs-vehicle-esp-guide shows which lanes carry threats before you engage. Prediction helps more on parallel tracks than head-on rushes.

Pair with vehicle radar blips in /forum/war-dogs-vehicle-radar-guide when you fight around convoy routes.

Tuning order

Set FOV and smoothing first using /forum/war-dogs-aimbot-fov-guide and /forum/war-dogs-smooth-aimbot-explained, then enable prediction incrementally.

Save separate profiles for on-foot and vehicle gunner roles — /forum/war-dogs-config-system-guide.
